It surprised me; it sticks in an inhumane way to plastic, wood, metal, or glass. Once you fix it, it doesn't come off. To tighten it, you have to turn it off and then release it... a bit counterintuitive.

Perfect! The kit comes with a couple extra magnet circles so you can make your own magsafe case if you don't already have one, which is a nice touch. Its nice that it's mostly made of aluminum, so it feels much sturdier than plastic, especially with it sitting on the dashboard in the sun. The suction and magnets feel strong and secure and don't feel like they'll release on their own. The joints are pretty tight but i do wish they were able to lock or tighten. It doesn't usually move but i've taken a couple hard turns that shifted the positioning a little bit.

It works perfectly, but I want to clarify that you have to attach the metal ring that comes with it so that it grips well and doesn't fall off. Even though there are gaps in the street, I didn't need to use the base that comes with it since my car is flat where I planned to place it. I recommend it; it doesn't fall off or move.
